Due to Tony of Beverly's policies, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any of their products.
We unfortunately are not allowed to accept any returns due to our manufacturer's policies. However, we are happy to exchange any item. Any item for exchange must be in new condition, including packaging and tags, without any signs of wear. The wig or hairpiece should not be restyled. If the product appears used or damaged, it will not be eligible for exchange.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We ask that you perform any exchanged within 10 days of receiving the product. If you would like to exchange the same item for a different color, we will waive the 20% exchange fee for your first exchange. First-time color exchanges are charged a $10 color exchange fee. All other exchanges for a third color or a different item will incur a 20% exchange fee. You will be responsible for any shipping costs to the store, as well as the additional shipping cost of the new item. Any remaining positive balance after an exchange will be credited to the customer. Please call our customer service to receive an RMA number before attempting an exchange. We do not issue any exchanged without an RMA number.
To exchange an item, please follow the following steps:
- 1. Call our customer service at 1-866-345-5005. Have your order number ready.
- 2. Write down your RMA number, as well as the product that you wish to receive in exchange. Put this information with your returning item for our customer service.
- 3. Ship your item to Wig Outlets with the following format on the label:

Be sure to write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Packages with no visible RMA number will be refused. Secure your shipping in a proper parcel. Items damaged by shipping will not be accepted.
Should you cancel your order after 24 hours of placing it, refuse the item upon delivery, or give us the wrong address, there is a 20% cancellation fee. Shipping charges cannot be returned.
