Shipping Policy

WigOutlets fulfills orders from our Oakwood, Georgia warehouse and our China warehouse. The applicable fulfillment location is stated on the relevant collection or product page and determines the shipping services available for that item.

Where orders ship from

• Oakwood, Georgia warehouse: 4507 M Stringer Rd, Oakwood, Atlanta, GA 30566. This location is primarily used for storage and order fulfillment and is not open for retail walk-ins. Wholesale customers may arrange an inspection or pickup appointment in advance.
• China warehouse: Selected products are fulfilled from our China warehouse and may be eligible for international delivery.

If a cart contains products from different fulfillment locations, the order may arrive in separate shipments. Check the collection or product page for the most specific warehouse and delivery information.

United States standard shipping

All U.S. orders qualify for free standard shipping with $49 or more. Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days. Delivery estimates may vary because of carrier conditions, weather, holidays, address issues, or other events outside our control.

Expedited shipping

Eligible products stored in our Oakwood, Georgia warehouse may use 2-3 business day expedited shipping. Products stored in our China warehouse are not eligible for expedited shipping. Availability and any applicable charge are shown for eligible orders during checkout or on the relevant product page.

International shipping

International delivery is available only for products stored in our China warehouse. Destination availability, delivery estimates, shipping charges, customs clearance, duties, and taxes vary by country and order. Any applicable options and charges are shown during checkout. Products stored in our Oakwood warehouse are not eligible for international shipping unless the product or checkout page explicitly states otherwise.

Order processing

Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Custom orders, address verification, payment review, high order volume, weekends, and holidays may require additional processing time. Processing time is separate from the delivery estimate.

Tracking and split shipments

After a shipment leaves our facility, we send tracking information to the email address provided with the order. Tracking activity may take up to 24 hours to appear. Items fulfilled from different warehouses may receive separate tracking numbers.

Address requirements

Please provide a complete physical delivery address and a valid phone number. Some carriers or services may not support P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If an address is incomplete, undeliverable, or classified as remote by the carrier, we may contact you before shipment and additional charges may apply.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For international orders, the customer is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees assessed by the destination country unless checkout states otherwise.

Damaged or missing shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged or appears to be lost, contact service@wigoutlets.com promptly and keep the product, shipping carton, packaging materials, and tracking information. We may also ask you to contact the carrier so the shipment can be investigated.
